Enjoying the long weekend

Its a long weekend. Yey!!! I was awake the whole night watching movies and surfing the net. I feel tired and sleepy at around 5:00 in the morning, so I got some 3 hours sleep.

When I woke up, oh crap, there are piles of dirty laundry waiting to be done... Well, with eagerness and optimism, I finished doing the laundry before lunch time.

And because its weekend it's my turn to cook something for lunch and dinner. I cooked sauteed sardines in tomato sauce. Its one of my favorite and it is so easy and fast to prepare.

Here's how to prepare Sauteed Sardines with more tomatoes:

1 tbp. cooking oil
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
1 clove onion, peeled and minced
2-3 tomatoes (I still add tomatoes even I used sardines w/ tomato sauce, I love tomato...)
1 can sardines in tomato sauce (I used hot and spicy)
salt

Heat oil in a wok. Saute garlic until golden brown. Add onion, stirring often until softened, about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes stir until it is half cook. Add sardines. Cook until sauce thickens. Add salt according to taste. Wait until it boils then remove from fire. Serve with white rice.

Anyway, I bumped into some awkward and funny shout outs today like:

"Justice! Lets put criminal in nursing home and Seniors in JAIL, so that they can access free meal, comfy bed, have a place to walk and free dental check-ups"

and

"Making love in the shower"

I also happened to see a small store that named "Human Trading"

and lastly, this is not funny but maybe awkward because I can't properly sign-in in twitter. It always says:

Gosh, twitter is so crowded already!

  5. My eyes were drawn immediately to the sardines pic! LOL. We almost have the same recipe for the sauteed sardines, lots of tomatoes for me too...except I don't add salt. BTW, it should have been one clove of garlic yata sa ingredients mo. my fave brand is Rose Bowl, masarap talaga whether its the hot and spicy flavor or regular. how about you?
