(Disney's) A Christmas Carol - 3D Animation
The old grumpy Mr. Scrooge is back!
A tale of an old miser who must face Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet-to-Come, as they help to bring kindness to his otherwise cold heart. The Ghosts remind him of the man he used to be, the hard truth of what the world is today, and what will happen if he does not strive to be a better man. Set around Christmas, the most joyous day of the year, Scrooge realizes the sharp contrast of his own personality.
Jim Carey played as Mr. Scrooge and the 3 Christmas past. Another great animation movie from disney! Coming this Nov. 6, 2009.
Macro Lens for Cameraphone
Its great to always have a handy camera in your pocked everywhere you go. But, like me, I still don't have a SLR (my birthday wish) so all I'm counting on is my camera phone. Yeah, camera phone can't produce great close-up photos. Cameraphones (like point and shoot camera) don't have the accurate auto focus unlike SLR.
Now, there is a secret to make your camera phone make stunning close-up photos! By using recycled old DVD player or drive, it can be macro lens for your tiny camera. The little lens inside DVD players is just about the perfect size and magnification to turn the tiny lenses of cellphone cameras into a macro tool. All you need is a drive to hack apart, a piece of stiff posterboard or plastic to mount the lens in, and a little bit of poster tack or painter's tape to hold the lens mount in place over your cellphone's camera lens.
Here's a sample:
See? Awesome right? Try it and Have fun!
As for me, I'm in a hunt for old dvd players/drive. Hope I can find one (",).

Ondoy
September 26, 2009.
I talked to my Mom on the phone, I greeted her because its her birthday and in my hometown it is our "fiesta celebration", I also told her that it rained the whole night and I can't sleep. The rain and thunder keeps me awake and for no reason I felt afraid. The rain hasn't stop, and it continued for 6 hours, as in heavy rain poured. In fact the volume of rain water should be the volume of rain water we receive in a month. Then suddenly flash flood crashed the main city in time of rush hour. So many people from work and students who are about to go home are stranded in the streets. The flood reached the rooftop of the houses. I am still happy I am safe... I still have enough food and dry clothes to wear. I was worried for my friends who are still on their rooftops waiting to be rescued. And my relatives who in fact at this moment, I still can't contact them. In the news there are over 70 found dead.
Its just that we can't stop the wrath of mother nature... we became abusive and forgot to take care of our place. This is a clear reminder for us. I am so sorry for everybody who had loss their loved ones and praying for their souls. I'm glad I witness how people are helping each other to overcome this tragedy.
I am hoping for a better day...

Born of Night - Sherrilyn Kenyon
I love fiction, fantasy and sci-fi novels. This weekend I'd like to share with you a perfect book to read, Sherrilyn kenyon's #1 New York Times bestselling book, a 5 series novel entitled The League, first 9 chapters is available online for everybody. But Before I tell you the plot of the story, Sherrilyn Kenyon is also known for her great series Chronicles of Nic, Dark Hunter and Brotherhood of the Sword and more. And now, introducing her newest series The League.
The first book The Born of Night welcomes us in an unforgiving, harsh universe perhaps the unsafest world you could live in - the Ichidian Universe. The empire is being lead by a ruthless tyrant who is ordering to kill all the people who are against him. Well, you had a choice... to "kill or be killed", "be the hunter or be the prey". This is a place where corrupt assassination politics dominate everything. Blood shed everywhere and the people is living in fear!
The government formed an army of alliance - The League, and is lead by Quorum. They are the government's "backbone", responsible of killing those who are oppose to the leader. But in the middle of this chaotic world, heroes will emerge. The future generation of heroes... A highly trained and lethal men and women, who have the guts to stop this evil government. Just be sure that they are the right one that will protect you or you will get the worst!
Surely, this book are full of actions, thrilling and will give you the madness to read until the last page of the last book. Don't forget to check out and read the first 9 Chapters of 'Born of Night' online, and its trailer is also available. This is really a must read novel!
Mysterious Disease I'm Sure You'd Never Heard Of...
We are living in an unforgiving strange world, yet a beautiful place to live in. There are still lots of mysterious matter we are about to know. Things that perhaps will take years us to understand. How about some mysterious diseases? Check this out.
Alice in Wonderland Syndrome
This is one of my old time favorite story, I watched the animated film a hundred times, I can say... and I'm glad there is a Semi-3D movie that is coming. But, I never expected to read about a disease that is called an Alice inWonderland Syndrome. Sounds so bizarre!
This disease id also known as Todd's syndrome. It is a disorienting neurological condition which affects human perception. Sufferers may experience size distortion of other sensory modalities. Reports suggests that the symptoms of AIWS are fairly common in childhood, with many people growing out of them in their teens. It appears that AIWS is also a common experience at sleep onset.
Treatment is the same as that for other migraine prophylaxis: anticonvulsants, antidepressants, beta blockers, and calcium channel blockers, along with strict adherence to the migraine diet. No studies are available that display any correlation between age, gender or race. AIWS is thought to be relatively common among migraine sufferers.
Pica
This is really a strange illnes. A pregnant women or children developed an appetite to eat non-nutritive substances, such as paint, clay, plaster or dirt (ewwww!!!), or alternatively items that are more commonly considered to be food ingredients, such as raw rice, flour or salt.
Moebius syndrome
An extremely rare genetic disorder. Characterized by complete facial paralysis. Sufferers cannot close their eyes, look from side to side, or form facial expressions. Limb abnormalities such as clubbed feet and missing fingers are often also present. But they can live long healthy lives.

The President's Plan: Health Care
"I suffer no illusions that this will be an easy process. It will be hard. But I also know that nearly a century after Teddy Roosevelt first called for reform, the cost of our health care has weighed down our economy and the conscience of our nation long enough. So let there be no doubt: health care reform cannot wait, it must not wait, and it will not wait another year."
– President Barack Obama, February 24, 2009
Pres. Obama addressed to a joint session of Congress about His plan on Health Care Program. This is a great news. He explained how the reformed Health insurance program will provide more security for those who who have health insurance coverage and for those who don’t, and will lower the cost of health care for our families, our businesses, and our government.
The Administration believes that comprehensive health reform should:
•Reduce long-term growth of health care costs for businesses and government
•Protect families from bankruptcy or debt because of health care costs
•Guarantee choice of doctors and health plans
•Invest in prevention and wellness
•Improve patient safety and quality of care
•Assure affordable, quality health coverage for all Americans
•Maintain coverage when you change or lose your job
•End barriers to coverage for people with pre-existing medical conditions
Because of this reform program, getting a health insurance won't be a burden for every family in U.S. There are lots of great Health Insurance plan we can choose. Florida Health Quotes is offering great and low cost insurance plan. They guarantee and efficient service for everybody and offer different quotes as well as Travel Quotes.
For the past years, the costs of Health insurance doubled and in fact a rate 3 times faster than cumulative wage increases. This forces families to sit around the kitchen table to make impossible choices between paying rent or paying health premiums. Given all that we spend on health care, American families should not be presented with that choice.
This reform program is really important and great to be given attention. My cousins in U.S. are was able to avail the low Health Insurance.

Second Installment of Ghost Rider
Marvel is working for the second installment of Ghost Rider. Well, I'm so happy about this news, this is one of the fav movie. I love those fantasy, sci-fi, and fiction movies.
Okay, here is the recap. Ghost Rider is a story about a teenage, motorcyclist Johnny Blaze (played by Nicholas Cage) finds that his father Barton Blaze has a terminal cancer, he accepts a pact with the Mephistopheles, giving his soul for the health of his beloved father. But the devil deceives him, and Barton dies in a motorcycle accident during an exhibition. Mephistopheles proposes Johnny to release his contract if he become the "Ghost Rider" and defeat his evil son Blackheart, who wants to possess one thousand evil souls and transform hell on earth. Johnny refused to return the power, the devil gave him and he's ready to use it against the Devil.
Hmmm... I wonder whats the next plot of the story. This is exciting! And oh, Fox is also working for more movie sequels: "Fantastic Four" with "Green Lantern" scribe Michael Green and producer Akiva Goldsman; mobilizing a "Wolverine" sequel and several "X-Men".
Sony also, set James Vanderbilt to write the fifth and sixth installments in the "Spider-Man" series, and Universal continues work on "Sub-Mariner." Par continues as distributor for "Iron Man 2," and other Marvel superhero pics at the studio are expected to include "Thor" and "Captain America."

Dumb Inventions
As I frequently posts about gadgets. I came up to share with you some of the dumb inventions we could ever see and use (you never know, you might need these).
We saw many astounding technological inventions, it revolutionized the way we live, work and think. And yes, we are dependent to them now. But technological advances in the earlier part of 20th century, weren't made to be in our history, why? Because they are a little stupid... nah, just plainly StUpId!!! and you may not avoid to burst in laughter, you are allowed anyway (",)
Just consider this examples:
1. Curves Barrel Machine Gun (1953) - The machine gun was intended to arm tanks, more precisely to protect them in the "dead zone" that cannot be engaged by conventional straight-line machinegun fire. To resolve the problems of disabled or trapped tanks it was decided to mount such machineguns on the turret hatch. The tankmen were not very enthusiastic about it, to say the least. Consequently, the idea to protect tanks by curved barrel machineguns was abandoned and all activity to this effect came to an end.
All I want to say is, if you own one, just in case... Watch out where you're shooting, buddy.
2. Anti-Bandit Bag (1963) - Invented by John H T Rinfret. To foil thieves the chain is pulled and the bottom of the case falls out so the contents are scattered over the floor. That'll stop those thieves from getting at the contents of your bag! No, it won't.
Oh, the one who is demonstrating how the bag works, he is Mr. Rainfret.
3. Cup Bras, (1949) - Charles L. Langs poses with his strapless, backless, wireless, support-less bras. Hmmm.... Triangular cup shaped bra... well, her wife beside him tell, looks dubious.
4. Finnish Portable Sauna (1962) - well, it looks comfy!
5. Baby Cage (1937) A nanny supervising a baby suspended in a wire cage attached to the outside of a high tenement block window. The cages were distributed to members of the Chelsea Baby Club in London who have no gardens, or qualms about putting a child in a box dangling over a busy street.
This really distract me, and oh, purely stupid!!! double, triple stupidity. What kind of parents would let their nanny do this? I won't even want one.
6. Rainy Day Cigarette Holder (1954) - Robert L. Stern, smoking a cigarette from his self-designed rainy day cigarette holder.
Cool! This can hit the sales :)
Well, that's it for now. I'll share you more next time. And oh, just wanna say this, the inventions above may look weird, funny and even stupid, but lets consider that, they gave the new inventors the idea to create more great things that could make our lives comfortable and we enjoy them now. I myself, respect the inventors that makes new things to make our life easier.
Have a great day, everybody.

Eco-Campaign that All Women Should Support
I'll talk about something that sounds like "underware". Yup, its about BrA.
According to a report, women for some reason had this behavior that 61% of women hesitate when it comes to throwing away all old bras. It may have to do with the fact that often when they are discarded, it’s not because they are dirty or unsuitable for wear; perhaps only out of style. And many women said that they would not like to see other women wearing their discarded underwear. (Absolutely...!) In areas where the use of translucent bags for garbage collection is mandatory, women who don’t want others to see what they are doing for whatever reason feel they have to literally cut up the bras into small fragments.
Then it came to Japan's innovative resolution that leads to recycle bras into solid Fuel. Eco-campaign hosted by Wacoal, Japan’s leading manufacturer of ladies’ underwear, is a collection of bras weighing approximately 3.59 tons, the length of which, if hooked together, would be three times the height of Mt Everest!
And a competing company known as Triumph, is following the lead of its rival and in a transparent effort to “one-up it” and show the donor some appreciation, gives out 50-yen postage stamps per bag of bras. The bras are recycled into solid fuel, that knows not of different cup sizes and out-dated designs. In other countries like Brazil, bras are now being used for purposes other than fuel; namely both as revamped bras and also as unusual purses.
Great work for Japan! Yes, we have to think of how we can recycle our discarded things to save our place. Ladies, heads up, and may your cups always runneth over!

Modern History-Making High-Tech Firsts
We enjoy the comfort of technology now, but lets take a look at how does the gadgets we are frequently using today look in its original designs, back in the days...
Here are the Original Gadgets: 5 Modern History-Making High-Tech Firsts
1. The first portable computer - released in the early 1980s and cost surprisingly just under $2000. Still, the Osborne 1 had a screen only a few inches across, weighted dozens of pounds and of course had the processing power of a contemporary digital watch. The lid doubled as a detachable keyboard and the unit itself could be attached to external modems and printers. Though its success was short-lived, the Osborne helped establish that there was a market for mobile computing and competitors quickly rose to claim their own pieces of this new technological pie.
2. The first home gaming console Released in the early 1970s, years before the now-infamous Atari Pong, the Odyssey by Magnavox had (almost) everything we think of as being essential to a modern-day game system – including interchangeable cartridges and a light gun – though it sadly lacked sound, was a strange mix of analog and digital and perhaps most fatal for its sales: the console was widely misunderstood to only work with Magnavox televisions.
3. The first digital camera from the mid-1970s, when Kodak engineer Steven Sasson developed a device essentially from scratch capable of capturing images using an analog-to-digital converter. The result was the size of a small toaster, took over twenty seconds to shoot a photo and had a dismal resolution of one one-hundredth of a megapixel. The initial images were blurry and fuzzy with faint silhouettes and shadowed outlines, the product was never even remotely intended for mass-production or even for sale, but the patent went through for the original digicam.
4. The first cellular phone was released in the early 1980s, decades after Bell Labs first began to probe the possibilities of creating such a device. While Motorola pushed forward with portable phones for cars (that required large amounts of energy to run) Bell slowly built, tested and released the first cellular network to support such mobile communications devices. While Motorola’s DynaTAC 8000X – the first commercial hand-held cellular phone – came with a whopping four-thousand-dollar price tag and was over a foot in length, many people still purchased one, perhaps portending that to this very day people will overpay for portable phone service.
5. The first solid state audio player was perhaps destined to take over the world of music players, but no one knew for sure at the time since compact disc-playing devices had such a strong hold on the market. Appearing for the first time for sale in the late 1990s, the MPMan had a few dozen megabytes of memory and was already quite compact (weighing only a few ounces). The public was not sure what to make of this and did not readily adopt this first of its kind, though subsequent versions and competitors began to take off and eventually led to the iPods and other MP3 players we know and love today.
What can we say? Thanks for the new sleek, elegant and real great gadget designs we are using now.
It was once thought by many that only a handful of computers would be needed in the entire world, that digital cameras could never compete with real film and that cellular phones would forever remain as few, far between and big as bricks. Each of these originals seems awkward and unsophisticated in retrospect, but were pivotal in pioneering essential new directions for future technologies to come.

Million Dollar Bill - Whitney Houston
At last, I am so happy because Whitney Houston is back! I adore her and all her songs. Although most of her tracks are about "broken hearted", she still one of pop music’s highest selling artists, having sold over 145 million albums and 85 million singles (as of 2007) making her record sales over 230 million worldwide. She was labeled the “Queen of Songs” by Arsenio Hall, who described her as “the first lady of song”. She is also known to millions as “The Voice”, a nickname given to her by Oprah Winfrey.
Her personal life became the subject of controversy because of allegations of drug abuse, especially after repeated cancellations of public appearances and erratic behaviour. Houston has since undergone an intense rehabilitation process and is currently recording an album that will be released early this year. I miss her and so happy to hear her new songs!
Here is a track about love was released as the official worldwide lead single from Whitney Houston’s seventh studio album I Look to You. Singer-songwriter Alicia Keys wrote the song Million Dollar Bill especially for Whitney. Houston decided that she wanted to work with Keys after hearing her perform at one of record executive Clive Davis’ parties.
Oh, I love this song... It really made my day, it was played three times on the radio, while I'm at work.

MILLION DOLLAR BILL
Oh oh oh yeah
Ooh oh ooh oh oh
[…]
They played our song
We hit the floor
He held me strong
And we danced the night away
I can see the way that he is making feel
This way about his love
I’ve been looking for something like this
I’m saying ooh oh oh oh ooh oh oh !
If he makes you feel like a million dollar bill
Say oh oh oh, say oh oh oh !
If you go left right up down
Make you spinning round and round
Say ooh oh oh oh, say ooh oh oh oh !
It’s been a long long time
Since I fell, fell
Love has found my way oh oh oh
I’ve been looking (looking)
I’ve been searching (searching)
For the man to touch this place, oh ooh oh yeah
Can’t deny the way that he is making feel
This way about his love
I’v been searching for something like this
I’m saying oooh oh oh oh, say ooh oh oh oh !
If he makes you feel like a million dollar bill
Say oh oh oh, say oh oh oh !
Makes you go left right up down
Makes you spinning round and round
Say oooh oh oh oh, say ooh oh oh oh !
If he makes you feel like a million dollar bill
Say oh oh oh, say oh oh oh !
Makes you go left right up down
Makes you spinning round and round
Say oooh oh oh oh, say ooh oh oh oh !
If you feel good
If you’re feeling good
Put one hand in the air, say yeah
If you feel good
If you’re feeling good
It’s cause love is in the air
Love is in the air
If he makes you feel like a million dollar bill
Say oh oh oh, say oh oh oh !
Makes you go left right up down
Makes you spinning round and round
Say ooh oh oh oh, say ooh oh oh oh !

A New Pet For Me - Shar Pei (red rose/lilac)
I am such a dog lover. I have a pet dog, a Labrador breed. His name is Rodney and I left him in my hometown. My dad is taking care of him. I haven't seen him for a year and I miss him so much. He's been my therapy when I suffered depression 2 years ago. Now, he is already 5 years old and I can't deny that he is getting old. I don't want to think that he will left us in due time. He is part of the family, just like our youngest bro. I suddenly thought, Rodney needs to have a company. I saw Baggins Shar-Pei, and I fell in love to that dog breed. I rarely seen that kind of breed here in our place, but I really wanted to have one.
I love its deep wrinkles and a blue-black tongue, it looks so cute and cuddly. One thing that I love its appearance is, it has a small, triangular ears, a muzzle shaped like that of a hippopotamus, and a high-set tail also give the Shar Pei a unique look.
Shar Pei come in many different colors such as fawn, red (rose), sand, cream, black, lilac and blue. They resemble the Chow Chow. Shar Pei comes in three different coat types; horse, brush and bear coat. The unusual horse-coat is rough to the touch, extremely prickly and off-standing and is closer to the original traditional Shar Pei breed in appearance and coat type than the Brush or Bear Coat. This coat is fairly prickly, and can be rough or irritating when petting in the opposite direction of the fur. The Horse Coat is generally thought to be more active.
They are a little temperament. They are often suspicious of strangers, which could be a guard dog. The breed has proved itself to be a loving, devoted family dog. They are also a very independent and reserved breed. Nevertheless, the Shar Pei is extremely devoted, loyal and affectionate to its family, and is amenable to accepting strangers given time and proper introduction at a young age.
So, I can say, this breed is perfect for me and my family. Now, I am really planning to adopt one with a red (rose) color or a lilac one!

Kanye is in trouble
I can't let this hot topic pass. At work everybody are still talking about Kanye West disses Taylor Swift in VMAs. Well, I am a fan of Taylor Swift and Kanye West. They sing a different genre. But about what Kanye did to Taylor, its the most unprofessional thing he ever did. He humiliated Taylor in front of everybody. It is her moment, it is what she dreamed of, and suddenly that special moment will be ruined by a jerk! I can feel how embarrassing it was.
According to the news, before the awarding started Kanye was seen drinking cognac and previously said he can decide who he wants to win. Kanye is certainly in trouble. His fans I'm sure are not agree to what he did. He maybe a die hard Beyonce fan and but even Beyonce is stunned to what he did.
Kanye apologized twice in his blog and still hoping to do it personally. And later in NBC he says it will take a while to make things okay. Well, yeah it will take a while... And I hope he learned a lesson.

Tick Saliva May Cure Skin, Liver and Pancreas Cancer
Okay, don't underestimate the power of creepiness what I'm going to tell you about today. I am talking about the tick. The tiny creepy crawling creature, that gives you an itchy bite. There are many species of tick, anyway. Brazilian researchers Amblyomma cajennense tick, found in horses and donkeys contains interesting protein in its spit.
The protein was tested on cultures of cancerous cells and "exceeded all expectations." It didn't kill normal cells, just those with cancer!
So that little blood suckers might be the key to cure cancers of the skin, liver and pancreas. But of course, these results are still just phase 1, scientists might yet hit speed bumps, or even walls, and not be able to turn this into a cancer treatment. And even if everything works fine, it could take a few years before a drug is made.
But we have to admit it's very promising, and goes to show that we still have much to learn from nature and that when we destroy it, we could be losing things like... tick spit.
According to AFP, the Factor X active protein in the tick spit "shares some characteristics with a common anti-coagulant called TFPI (Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor), specifically a Kunitz-type inhibitor which also has been shown to interfere with cell growth." Since a cancer is basically a group of cells that are growing out of control, controlling this growth is very important.

Giant Rat, Silky Cuscus Found
Isn't it is so yucky to see a rat running around in your house at night? Well, this creatures are everywhere, especially in the cities. And they are one of the filthiest creatures around, and a pest. I was amazed by what I saw in the news...
So how about if you see a giant rat? as in big... about 3 foot long? ewww!!! Here's the info, National Geographic found a new species of giant woolly rat in forests of Papua New Guinea. The weird thing is this creature is so tame, that the the biologists who tracked this creature didn't have to chase him.

Days With Heavy Heart
Its been days or a week that I've been feeling so emotional. There are lots of things in my mind, I think its better if my head would explode. I don't know, why I'm feeling tired of doing the same thing everyday with nothing good in return. Its like, Im stuck up with this kind of boring life....
oh, well, I'm just depressed because of things around here. I can get over. Anyway, sorry for being so personal. I just have the mood to rant and tell something whats on my mind.

“Seth Clearwater” in “Eclipse”
My twifans friends are always asking me if I already searched for who will take the role of Seth Clearwater in the next Twilight movie sequel - Eclipse. Well, Clear Sethwater is the youngest guy who joined the wolf pack and one of the closest friend of Jacob Black in the story. He is the brother of Leah Clearwater.
Finally, I found this... BooBoo Stewart - a cute young boy who stands 5' 5" in height, was seen in Beuwolf Movie will take the role of Seth. When I saw him, I can say He is the complete package for Seth Clearwater! And look at that beautiful smile! Anyway, here is some facts: He is also into the Martial Arts Junior Hall of Fame (2004) and 2002 and 2003 Martial Arts World Champion. In fact it was said that Booboo and Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) were pals.
Here is a video of his Pictorial:
So, lets give Booboo a warm welcome to the Twilight World!
Thanks Twilight-gossip.

Vacation Engrande
Such a lovely day. woot!! woot!!! I had 3 days vacation, and well, please don't let me explain why. I just wanna look to its positive side. Oh man, this is the time that I got enough sleep, eat as long as I can, play online games the whole day, and just chill. Its so relaxing. Too bad tomorrow will be the last day of the best days of the week.
Anyway, I got bored and as usual, I searched random topics over the Internet and suddenly I think of Disney programs. Well, I am already a matured lady, but I can't resist the cool programs of Disney. Its always my fav. Its been years that I never watched Disney programs. I have a cable connection, but my provider doesn't have Disney channel. I searched for its live streaming and boom! I got it. So happy to watch Disney again, and my vacation days are complete :)
I know, I know this is completely childish things... but come on, lets just be crazy and do some childish stuff just to make our days great!

Nikon D3000 - Newest entry-level DSLR
Nikon D3000, is the latest compact DSLR for beginners. It inherits the 10.2 MP DX-format CCD sensor and 3fps continuous shooting rate from the D60. This model is in between the model of D60 and D5000. Just like D60, it has no live view and no auto focus motor. But the good thing about this is it has a larger, 3.0 inch LCD and the 11-point AF system with 3D tracking we saw in the D5000 and D90. I read its review and I am considering this one to be on my lists.
D3000 is designed for anyone who wants to take pictures without worrying about settings. You can select from a choice of subject parameters and the camera will do the rest, and the instant response time means you never miss a moment. The 11-point auto focus system ensures everyone is in focus, and the bright viewfinder means you get what you want, when you want it.
For now, this product cost roughly $599 but I think the price is just right for its features. Now, I am weighing Nikon D60 and D3000, of which one I should choose. I still have to make sure the unit will fit and feel good to my hands because I will use it more often for my photography lesson.

-Big Thumb, Paris-
-Melting Cow Popsicle, Budapest-
-Pointer Finger, Stockholm-
I love to take my own photos of these statues.

A mood for Ube
Maybe its the weather that made my mood go for an Ube Cake. I always tell my friends that rain makes me feel blue, there is something about the rain that makes the place look so sad and lonely. Sometimes when I feel sad, I notice that I crave for something, and this time I want Ube Cake. Aside from it is so yummy, I love its color. In fact violet is one of my fav color.
Ube Cake has the main ingredient that is basically came from a root crop Dioscorea alata or we call it in Filipino word Ube, which mean purple yam (Dioscorea alata). It contains a pigment color - violet. It grows in vine and mostly found in Asia.
Ube is mostly made as sweetened desserts, pastries, and even made as an ice cream flavor.
I love Ube Cake, its the best cake for me, more delicious than Black Forest.
