Drive Traffic to your Blog

I’m a beginner blogger, and it is important for me to increase my reader, to drive more traffic in my blog. Let me share some tips that I've read.

Add social bookmarking into your blog template or submit/share your blog to social bookmarking sites, in this way you will be more visible to the search engine.

So, what is social bookmarking?

Social bookmarking is a method to store, organize, search, and manage bookmarks of web pages on the Internet in the form of tags also called social tagging, "the process by which many users add metadata in the form of keywords to shared content".
The users save links to web pages that they want to remember and/or share. These bookmarks are usually public, and can be saved privately, shared only with specified people or groups, shared only inside certain networks, or another combination of public and private domains.

Other tips to drive traffic in your blog:

1. Always update your blog.

2. Share a link in your blog.

3. Post blog that is often search by the users like celebrity update, news, and health issues.

4. Tag your post, for example in delicious.

5. Participate to the forums, commentary and leave your URL so that they can reply and visit your blog.
