20 Warner Bros. Films from now till 2013

IMAX Corporation and Warner Bros. Pictures announced to release 20 iMax format movies for the next 3 years (from 2010 through 2013) and the update for "The Hobbit" release date. Movies that will be released in IMAX are:

Legends of the Guardian: The Owls of Ga'Hoole 3D - (September 24, 2010)

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (3D) - (November 19, 2010)

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II (3D) - (July 15, 2011)

Happy Feet 2 (3D) - (November 18, 2011)

and

The Hobbit - (December 2013 updated).

Warner Bros. and IMAX also plan to release an additional 15 films over the course of 2011, 2012 and 2013, including Gravity, Dark Shadows, Fury Road, Batman 3, and Superman.

...hold on... I thought the world's gonna end on 2012...

Upcoming Movies to be Release in 3D format

As Avatar movie became amazingly successful on its release, now, there are 2 movies to be also released in 3D format. One is the two-part Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Its still unclear if author J.K. Rowling would say "ok" for converting Harry Potter movie into third dimension format, but hey, I would say "Please..... make it in 3D, I am so wanting to watch it in big iMax screen!" "Deathly Hallows: Part I" is set tobe release on Nov. 19, and "Part II" is slotted for July 15, 2011.




Another movie to be converted into 3D format is Clash of the Titans, in which I can say, the scenes will be superb. Warners will push back the release of "Titans" one week to April 2.


Must mark my calendar for the release date of these movies!

Eclipse Movie - remastered and will invade the iMax theatre

Good news for twilight saga fans, according to collider.com, the third movie Twilight Saga-Eclipse will be release in gigantic iMax theaters starting June 30, 2010, and this can still be shown in conventional cinemas. I am sure this will going to be super awesome!!! As what in the news, it will be digitally re-mastered with IMAX DMR (Digital Re-mastering) technology, so we can enjoy the enhanced sound and image quality of the movie. Breaking Dawn is still to be shoot, also expected to be shown in iMax.

In Eclipse there will be more action and less romance. Vampire army is heading to Forks, and Victoria had no idea that the vampire and the shape-shifters collaborate to defeat them. I am waiting for this, because Eclipse is my favorite part among the four books.
